What we collect

The site has two forms. If you register interest in the advisory board, you give your name, email address, organisation and role, an optional phone number, and a short text about your background. If you write to us as an investor or advisor, you give your name, email address, an optional organisation, what your enquiry concerns, and your message.

Reading the site without using a form leaves no personal data with us beyond what the measurement below describes.

Why, and on what basis

We use the details to answer you and to carry on the conversation you started. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and your consent where you gave it in the form.

Where the data is handled

Advisory board registrations are stored in our own customer register. Investor enquiries are sent to us as email through Resend and are not added to a sales register. The site is hosted by Vercel. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots in the advisory board form. We never sell personal data, and we share it only with our data processors.

Cookies and measurement

Necessary cookies make the site work and are always set. Google Analytics and Google Ads run in a consent mode where storage stays off until you accept. The LinkedIn Insight Tag and Leadsy load only after you accept, because they have no consent signal of their own. You choose in the banner the first time you visit, and you can change your mind by clearing the site data in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep the details for as long as they are needed for the purpose above, and at most 24 months after your latest contact with us, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and to object to the processing. Write to us at hej@omsio.se and we will help you. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Data controller
